Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you are forming a legally binding contract with Impressions In Print  for products and services, and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.


If you are placing this order in the name of a company, you must be legally authorized to place this order for the company. In the event of any billing dispute regarding orders placed by me on behalf of another company, I agree that I will be held legally responsible for payment.


Prices published at the Impressions In Print website are subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to notify clients of price increases in advance.

Quotations, either emailed or faxed, will be honored for up to 30 days after the quotation date.

Published prices at the Impressions In Prin website are based on clients supplying digital files in print-ready format. Files not supplied as such may be subject to additional costs.


Impressions In Print accepts cash, personal and company cheques, money orders, Visa and MasterCard.

All orders for new customers require a 50% deposit upon placing an order with balance due in full upon completion. Orders for existing customers do not require a deposit, however, full payment is due upon completion. For all USA orders full prepayment is required.

In the event that a personal or company cheque is returned for non-sufficient funds, the Client will be required to pay a $30.00 NSF fee to Impressions In Print.

In the event of non-payments that lead to dispute and/or litigation, the Client agrees to pay all legal and collection fees incurred by Impressions In Print.


All Canadian orders are subject to HST.  USA Clients do not pay taxes as long as the order is being shipped directly to the USA.


Unless otherwise specified, all published pricing and print quotations are based on the client supplying completed digital artwork in print ready format. It is recommended that files be prepared according to our guidelines, however, files not prepared according to our guidelines will still be accepted.

The submission of new files after proofs have been generated will result in additional charges (min $15). Corrections to client's files will be subject to additional costs.


For full colour printing jobs, clients must provide images and graphics in CMYK format. We are not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB or Pantone colours to CMYK colour modes.

PDF proofs are not to be considered 100% colour accurate due to variances in individual computer screens.


For "Gang Run" printed cards, Impressions In Print will reproduce colour from digital files as closely as possible, however printed colours may not match exactly due to limitations in the proofing and printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. A reasonable variation in colour between original materials, proofs and the completed order, will be considered acceptable print quality.

Due to limitations in digital printing equipment, a reasonable amount of colour variation throughout a print run will be considered acceptable print quality.

Due to differences in production methods and colour models there may be colour variances between offset and digital printed jobs.


All complaints must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the job. Print jobs with manufacturing errors and/or defects will be rerun on the next print run at no charge to the client, at the discretion of Impressions In Print. Impressions In Print's sole liability shall be limited to reprinting of the order. Unsatisfactory orders as a result of Client errors will be reprinted at a reduced rate.


Impressions In Print is not responsible for errors and omissions approved by the Client. The client is solely responsible for errors missed during the proofing process of either artwork supplied by the client or artwork created by Impressions In Print.


The client will indemnify and hold harmless Impressions In Print from any loss, expense, and damages arising out of violation of copyright or trademark laws from the illegal use of images, photographs, slogans, trademarks, or graphical work supplied by the Client.


All posted turnaround times are approximate and although we will make every effort to meet these delivery times, Impressions In Print will not be liable for any costs or damages resulting from deliveries made later than expected to the Client.

Delays or damage during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier providing shipping services. Impressions In Print is not responsible for delays or damage caused during shipping.
