Impressions In Print utilizes a waterless offset printing press allowing us to offer shorter turnaround times, higher print quality and more competitive pricing. Of great benefit is that we actually do this with printing technology that is less harmful to the environment.
Benefits of our waterless press
- eliminates the need for water during the printing process helping us conserve this great resource
- eliminates the use of press fountain solutions and VOCs which can be harmful to the ozone layer
- less paper is required for setting up the press due to high degree of automation
- higher print quality...we print at 300lpi (coated stocks) while most other printing companies print at 175lpi or 200lpi
- more consistent colour, better colour saturation and less printing dot gain
As a complement to our offset printing department, we offer a variety of finishing services including : cutting, folding, saddle stitching, perfect binding, spiro binding, diecutting, numbering and scoring.
